We were at the Art Labs stalls again today. It was the last day of the SYF Celebrations and the entire place was bustling with activity, but today seemed like the activities were more catered to families. We had the Flower Power booth that had our student facilitators teach visitors how to make paper crepe flowers, and the Pop-Up Prints booth that allowed visitors get their hands on pulling their own silkscreen prints.
It was the first time our students got to mend a silkscreen printing booth right after learning the technical skillls of the craft. The students learnt how to engage the crowd and created their own system to printing, washing, drying, and ironing to make the prints pop up (emboss).
All in all we had a great time. Thank you SYF for selecting these proposals! Thank you all students for the hard work!
